"She Who Watches" is a beautiful bracelet crafted by New Mexican artist Alice Seely. This piece of Native American jewelry comes to us from ancient northwestern Native American legend. "Tsagiglalah" (also sometimes spelled "Tsagaglalah") is the legend of the tribe's female ruler who became the Chinook Observer and still watches over the tribe to this day. This beautiful bracelet is a powerful reminder of the presence of Divinity in our lives, as well as an ancient symbol of feminine empowerment!
